Pricing

The files are offered in 4 resolutions as listed below with the terms and conditions for each. Please read carefully, this is NOT the usual legal yada-yada .

The purpose of the terms & conditions are to protect the photographers rights and insure the images are not used by persons who did not acquire the images. If a person wishes to store on their device or publicly display an image or make a print they are expected to pay for it. If people ask for copies of the images, they should be directed to the photographer to legally acquire them.

Terms for all formats :

* All higher formats come with the respective lower formats as well. For example, if you acquired a file in the 1600 x 2400 format, you will receive all the lower formats as well for that image.
* The photographer retains full copyright, the client does not acquire the copyright when purchasing files, as such any use not explicitly permitted in the Terms & Conditions is not allowed.
* All images have embedded in the file a unique id which identifies the person who acquired the image, so detecting unauthorized use is possible.

#1. email sized : 533 x 800 (for files not in 2x3 ratio, the longest side will be 800)

Terms for format #1
* The only format where the client is allowed to publish the images on the web on websites or web pages they own (like personal albums online, my space pages, etc).
* The copyright notice on the bottom of the image has to be maintained. A sample of such image is attached.
* If the files are sent to other private people, they should be notified about the limitations in use as well. It is not acceptable for people who did not acquire the files to publish the images on websites or to forward them to other people. A short blurb to that effect is provided that can be pasted in the emails.
* This file is to be used electronically only, prints are not permitted (the resolution of the file is not sufficient for a decent quality print anyway).

#2. 4x6 print sized: 800 x 1200 (this resolution is sufficient for a high quality 4x6 print)
#3. 8 x 12 print sized: 1600 x 2400 (this resolution is sufficient for a high quality 8x12 print)
#4. full resolution: up to 3024 x 2016 (depending on how much cropping was applied to the original image).

Terms for formats #2, #3 and #4
* This files cannot be sent to third parties, the client can only store this image on devices they own or devices they have exclusive use of (such as the workstation at the office) except as explained below.
* This file cannot be published on publicly accessible websites (private albums where a password is required to see the file are permitted)
* This file can be used to make prints. The prints resulted are for personal use. Should other people request prints, they should be directed to the photographer to legally acquire them.
